Substructure works to a new extension to an exsiting store and a new Dot Com loading area including power floated slab, foundations, drainage, ducts and new carpark extension.

New drainage was installed in the live store meaning working overnight to reduce disruption and keeping dust and debris to an absolute minimum.  The works also required resurfacing works, drainage and services to be installed in the car park requiring careful planning and working in public areas.
