Several phases of a mixed residential and retail development for Bovis Lendlease and Bellway Homes.

Substructure works to apartment blocks, external works including water features, new roads and paths.  The final phase was to construct foundations and hard landscaping for a new pedestrian footbridge spanning the adjacent Regents Canal.  This required major planning of safe systems of working above and adjacent to water and resulted in us utilising floating platforms to work off.
