Sands Quarry

Project:	Constructing Underpass for Ferns Group, Sands Quarry, Addington, Kent.
Main contractor:	Stevens Construction Limited
Work carried out:	Constructing the Underpass with driven steel sheet piles and a reinforced concrete deck. A top down type construction with the excavation works and access road  continuing once the deck had cured sufficiently. Works also included a temporary road to divert traffic and reinstate highway on completion of the Underpass.

Project:	Construction of extension to existing school.

Project:	Principal contractor for construction of new office building extension.

Work carried out:	Substructure, drainage, external works, roof and cladding, flooring, M&E, fit out.

London Zoo

Project:	Construct a new gorilla enclosure.
Main contractor:	Crispin & Borst
Work carried out:	Constructing a moat incorporating welded steel mesh gabions and reinforced concrete walls, reinforced concrete foundations, slabs, walls and soffits for water features, accommodation and services installations.

Tesco Thurrock

Project:	Substructure works to a new extension of an existing store.
Main contractor:	ISG Pearce
Work carried out:	Resurfacing works, drainage and services to be installed in the car park requiring careful planning and working in public areas. New dot com loading area including power floated slab, foundation, drainage, ducts and new car park extension.

Esporta Chiswick
